We got the idea to make this course at the moment when one of our guests on a Mediterranian cuisine course, while making paella, said: “This paella looks good, but honestly I am not really gonna make this at home – could someone maybe explain me how to fry the frenchfries – that would be really useful for me”.

And so we made a course for the complete beginners, no prior knowledge necessary, so we can teach you all about the basics od home cooking and get you on your way to making the dishes we all really eat at home – no fancy food, just plain old good homemade food.

We will teach you all about making great italian pasta, different serbian traditional pies, crunchy potatoes and oven baked chicken thighs, homemade Sunday “yellow” soup with “rindflajš” and accompaning sauces as well as technics to panning and deepfrying meat, making purees and and the grilling of the fish and meat steaks.
